• ½ banana
• Handful of your berries of choice
• ½ cup NZProtein Egg White
• 1 -cup pineapple or apple juice (or your own desired juice)
• 1 cup ice cubes
Place fruit and ice in blender and mix thoroughly. Add egg whites and mix again, but only for 10-15 seconds (this will keep the egg whites from creating too much foam). For a thicker smoothie just add more ice.
