Homemade Chocolate Protein Bars

Great healthy power boost!

Ingredients

•    1 1/3 cup oats
•    4 heaped scoops of NZProtein Whey (Double Chocolate)
•    1 cup dry non fat milk
•    1/3 cup each: sunflour seeds, dried cranberry, coconut flakes
•    5 tbs peanut butter
•    3/4 cup water
•    1 tsp vanilla

Directions

1. Oil a square baking pan.
2. Mix all dry ingredients, mix water and vanilla until smooth.
3. Spoon into pan and refrigerate for two hours.
4. Cut and individually wrap.
