½ cup pumpkin mashed (ensure you drain off all the excess water prior to mashing)
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 Scoop NZProtein Whey or Pea Isolate, gourmet vanilla flavour
1 tblsp maple syrup
½ tsp vanilla essence
1 tblsp NZProtein Chia protein powder
¾ tsp allspice
½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp nutmeg
Optional 1 teasppon NZProtein Matcha
Optional 1 teaspoon NZProtein Super Blend
Directions - pudding
Mix all ingredients in a blender.
Increase the amount of chia powder if you want a very thick texture.
Place in fridge for at least two hours, until pudding thickens. The pudding can be left overnight.
Top with chocolate, nuts or pumpkin seeds if desired.
Directions - smoothie
This recipe can also be made into a smoothie by mixing all ingredients in a blender.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes prior to enjoying.
