Each 4g serve delivers effective levels of sodium, potassium, and magnesium — the key minerals lost through sweat and dehydration. Itʼs designed to support hydration during exercise, fasting, or hot weather, using only the essential minerals your body actually needs.

Our formula contains no added sugars, carbohydrates, or fillers and is ideal for those following low-carb, keto, or sugar-free lifestyles.

Directions

Mix 4 grams (~1 scoop) with 300–600ml cold water. Stir or shake until dissolved. Adjust water to taste. Use during exercise, heat, fasting, or whenever hydration is needed. Do not exceed 2 servings/day unless advised by a healthcare professional.

Please note that this product is processed in a facility that also handles milk, egg, soy, peanut, and gluten ingredients.

Quality product.
Great ratios for support and balance.
A bit salty, but I like it, not noticable in a mix ;)

Great tasting product. The berry tastes incredibly similar to a berry smoothie in dry powder form, and then when mixed with water definitely is a little more subdued. The potassium is quite strong, almost gives it a slightly bitter taste. Other than that though I've found the electrolyte proportions to be very generous at this price point. Some more sodium could be nice. Incredibly good price for what it is and how many servings it gives, cannot speak to the quality of ingredients but I trust this brand and would assume they are sourced well.

I've only tried the mixed berry flavor for reference, can recommend this alone for now.

Bought unflavoured as my medication dehydrates me. Just one serve in the morning keeps me feeling much more hydrated while drinking water for the rest of the day than just drinking water alone. Bit salty on its own, but what can you expect! Well worth it!

It is a great product for a great price, and if blended to the recommended ratio with water, or slightly concentrated, the unflavoured electrolytes are not bad to drink with a bit of good flavour. But if you mix them a bit weak as I did the first time, the taste is quite unbearable, and even worse is it if you try and blend the electrolytes with the super blend and true fruit flavouring powder. The three of them do not mix well at all and left me feeling quite unwell for most the afternoon.

Best Electrolytes I’ve ever had! Total game changer!! I never leave home without it. My only suggestion would be please start selling this in a 150 serve container I swear by it I take this supplement daily without fail it’s that good!

Tastes great and has a good effect of rehydrating me after workouts, helping with my recovery and avoiding fatigue/burnout.

It would get 5 stars if I could purchase a larger tub. Please let me know if that's a possibility.

High recommend this product, brought the mixed berry and it is so much better than the supplements powders yiu can buy in the store, will have this on repeat from now on. Taste is fantastic.

We stand firmly behind our products so we have commenced periodic batch testing of products by independent third party laboratories. These test reports will provide further evidence of the standards we adhere to.

Please note that we will not be able to test every flavour due to the costs - there are simply too many flavours and various batches manufactured. For example, in the NZ Whey alone we have over 20 flavours, so it is not practicable to test every flavour in every batch but we will periodically submit samples in various flavours for analysis.
