Sweet and fruity bliss balls that are so simple to make, great to snack on, and the perfect addition to a grazing platter!
1/2c Dessicated coconut
1c Rolled oats
1/3c Dried apricot
1/3c Dates, soaked in boiled water
1 Scoop NZProtein Pea
A pinch of salt
1/2t Vanilla essence
1/4c Melted coconut oil
Blend oats until fine.
Add in the rest of the ingredients and pulse until combined smoothly.
Roll mixture into balls and enjoy!
