A really simple recipe with just four ingredients.
- 1c Unflavoured yoghurt
- 4 Scoops of NZProtein Collagen
- 1/4c Freeze-dried berries
- 2T Pumpkin seeds
- In a small bowl, stir NZProtein Collagen into yoghurt until smooth.
- Spread the yoghurt onto a lined baking tray, until it’s about 0.5cm thick.
- Top with freeze-dried fruit and seeds and set in the freezer for at least 2 hours.
- Remove from the freezer and break into pieces to enjoy! Store in the freezer.
