Overnight Oats

Brighten up your breakfasts with this delicious version of overnight oats.


  • 1/3 cup oats
  • 1 tsp NZProtein Chia Seeds
  • 1 scoop NZProtein protein powder of choice
  • 1 cup preferred milk
  • 1/3 cup berries of choice
  • 1 small banana
  • NZProtein maple syrup
  • NZProtein Choc Chips / nuts/ seeds of choice

  1. In a bowl, mash banana.
  2. Mix in oats, milk, protein and chia seeds. Leave in the fridge overnight.
  3. In the morning top with berries, maple syrup, choc chips, nuts and seeds.
