Delgona or ‘whipped’ coffee is the new internet craze and here's how to make it even better! This adapted drink has the added benefit of collagen to help support joints, skin, nails, hair and all connective tissue. It creates a thicker texture, making the coffee extra foamy.
- 1 Scoop NZProtein Unflavoured Collagen powder
- Handful of Ice
- 1c Milk of choice
- 1T Instant coffee
- Dissolve coffee in a dash of hot water
- Combine milk, coffee and collagen into a mug and whisk for 5mins until foamy
- Prepare a glass full of ice and milk of choice (i used coconut).
- Spoon coffee mixture over ice and milk and enjoy!
