¾ cup coconut oil
½ cup cacao powder
¼ cup ground chia, cacao and coconut mix
½-1 teaspoon of NZProtein Matcha
¼ cup honey
1 tsp vanilla essence
¼ cup sliced almonds
¼ cup coconut threads
1 – 2 tsp of crushed chillies (depending on individual taste for more or less)
Himalayan sea salt to sprinkle on the top (optional)
Melt the coconut oil in a glass bowl (fill the sink with hot water and place the bowl in it to gently melt the coconut oil if solid. Measure once melted).
Add in the rest of the ingredients (except the sea salt if using) into the bowl with the melted coconut oil. Mix together thoroughly.
Line a baking dish with baking paper or use chocolate molds, pour in the chocolate.
Cool for 30 minutes in the freezer.
Cut or break into chunks or press out of the mold.
Sprinkle a bit of the Himalayan sea salt if you opted to put it on and store in the freezer.
