Looking for a protein packed alternative to your favourite soup companion this winter?


  • 528g egg whites
  • 42g NZProtein Psyllium Husks
  • 105g NZProtein plant protein (faba, pea, hemp or rice)

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl until smooth.
  2. Pour batter into a lined loaf tin.
  3. Bake at 163 degrees celcius for 1 hour or until firm to the touch and a toothpick comes out clean.
  4. Allow to cool before slicing.
