Chocolate Chia Seed Dessert

This recipe is really versatile. You can use any protein powder of choice in it (we used whey).


  • 3/4c milk of choice
  • 3T chia seeds
  • 1/2t vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch of sea salt
  • 1 serving of protein (you can use any but in this recipe we used whey)
  • 1t maple syrup

  1. Combine all ingredients into a shaker and shake until combined.
  2. Transfer to a cup or small bowl and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours.
  3. Top with your favourite foods and enjoy!
