This recipe is really versatile. You can use any protein powder of choice in it (we used whey).
- 3/4c milk of choice
- 3T chia seeds
- 1/2t vanilla extract
- 1 pinch of sea salt
- 1 serving of protein (you can use any but in this recipe we used whey)
- 1t maple syrup
- Combine all ingredients into a shaker and shake until combined.
- Transfer to a cup or small bowl and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours.
- Top with your favourite foods and enjoy!
