Looking for an easy to make, healthy AND satiating snack? This recipe makes the perfect sized spongy mug cake and that sure to please.
2 Scoop NZProtein vanilla whey
2 tsp NZProtein powdered peanut butter
3Tb Wholemeal flour
1/2 tsp Baking powder
2 tsp Coconut sugar
Pinch of cinnamon
Pinch of nutmeg
1 Pinch salt
4Tb Almond milk
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
1/3 Banana, mashed
Drizzle of honey & chopped nuts to serve
Put all dry ingredients into a microwave safe mug and whisk with a fork.
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix together well.
Microwave for 2-3 minutes, or until cake is cooked through.
Top with nuts and honey and enjoy!
