Rocky Road Smoothie

The super simple smoothie packed with protein and rocky road - what more could you want in a smoothie!?


  • 2 scoops NZProtein white chocolate raspberry (Whey/Pea)
  • 1 medium sized banana
  • A handful of ice
  • 1 cup preferred milk
  • 1/4 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 tsp nzprotein choc chips
  • NZProtein Protein-Mallows
  • NZProtein Rocky Road - cut into chunks

  1. In a blender add protein powder, milk, ice, banana, raspberries and chocolate chips.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy and decorate with protein mallows and protein rocky road pieces.
