Great taste and bite. A bit difficult to flavor - I feel it just doesn't soak up as much of the seasonings i give it but all's good!
It's own taste is already great. REALLY fibrous so that's a double edged sword.

Every product from NZ Protein is awesome, and this is no exception! Such a good macro profile and a pretty neutral flavour, goes with everything! They do smell a bit weird while cooking, but that doesn't transfer to the taste!
